Jennelle Zarn is an author, high school English teacher, bio mom of two, stepmom of four, adoptive mom of one, and grandma of three.

She lives in south central Minnesota with her husband Scott, their youngest daughter, their dog Gideon (a boxer/pit mix who also answers to “Asshole”), and about ten thousand of their daughter’s fish. In her spare time, Jennelle enjoys knitting, trying to crochet something beyond granny squares, traveling, watching the Minnesota Vikings try not to tank every single season, and frequenting her local public library.
